Fees & Rebates
Fees
A standard 50-minute consultation: $270
Concession 50-minute consultation: $230
Offered to those who need it. If you are experiencing financial hardship or have government health care and concession cards, let’s make it affordable.
Payment is nice and simple. After your session, the card details you provide at the start of therapy will be used to process payment automatically—no need to worry about it on the day. If you're eligible for a Medicare rebate, I’ll take care of that for you once payment has gone through. Easy!
If you have a referral and Mental Health Care Plan from your GP or psychiatrist, you can receive a Medicare rebate of around $140 per session. This brings standard sessions down to about $130 and concession sessions to around $90. Medicare covers up to 10 sessions per calendar year.
To get a Mental Health Care Plan, book a long consultation with your GP or chat with your psychiatrist about your options. If you’re unsure how it works, feel free to ask—I’m happy to help!
Medicare Rebates
Private Health Insurance
If you have private health insurance, you may be eligible for a rebate on psychology sessions—best to check with your provider to see what’s covered. After your session, I’ll send you an invoice, which you can use to make your claim directly with them. Just a heads-up: Medicare and private health can’t be used for the same appointment.
At this time, I don’t provide services through NDIS, WorkSafe, TAC, or VOCAT.
Other Funding
Life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. If it’s any less than that, the full session fee will still apply, as I won’t be able to offer the spot to someone else in time.
I appreciate your understanding—it helps me keep things running smoothly and ensures everyone gets the support they need.
