CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGY FOR ADULTS
I help people untangle what feels stuck
Hi, I’m Katrina.
When something keeps hurting or the same pattern keeps repeating, it can be hard to see a way through from the inside.
I work with adults experiencing a range of difficulties, with particular expertise in trauma, complex trauma and OCD.

A PLACE TO BEGIN
What would you like help with?
Trauma & past experiences
When what happened still affects how you feel, react and relate to people.
I work with PTSD, complex trauma and the lasting effects of painful experiences, including childhood abuse and harmful relationships.
Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder
When doubts, unwanted thoughts and rituals keep pulling you back in.
I’ve been treating OCD for 15 years, including severe OCD. I also offer longer sessions and intensives for those who need additional support.
Anxiety, low mood & more
When anxiety, low mood or self-criticism make everyday life harder. Or you keep finding yourself caught in the same difficult patterns.
I help people understand why things feel the way they do and heal the wounds that keep them stuck.
What it’s like to work with me
I want you to feel understood and have a clear sense of what we’re working towards. My style is warm, relational and compassionate. I’ll listen closely, share my thinking and keep the work grounded in your goals.
EMDR Therapy
EMDR is a central part of how I help people work through the challenges they face. EMDR can help people process difficult past experiences, reducing the distress they cause and their impact on everyday life.
Clinical supervision
I offer supervision for psychologists working with trauma, OCD and complex presentations, drawing on my clinical experience with EMDR, ERP and the challenges of treating longstanding difficulties.
Perhaps you’re unsure where to begin, treatment has stalled, or something in the work needs a closer look. We’ll think through what might be happening and consider practical ways forward.
My aim is for you to feel supported and have a clearer sense of what to try next and why.
